Super-intensive programs length of study: 2 weeks

1 Course = 5 hours of class per day, Monday through Friday = 50 hours total = 3 credits

These are similar to five-week intensive programs in content, but the pace is faster. There are two such programs scheduled each year.

Private instruction: Length of study variable. Private study is available for students who desire to follow a pattern of study that differs from the programs that we provide regularly. Students may opt for private classes only or combine them with a regular class according to their needs. Private instruction can begin at any time, last for as long as desired and take place at the most convenient time of day. Each private tutor will develop a program according to the student's needs.

Our year-long program schedule enables students to select a program of study that comes closest to their personal needs. Results in the placement test will determine which programs students have access to. Each course lasts for fifty hours and earns three university credits. Students can choose from the following patterns of study:

Intensive sessions: Length of study: four weeks. Two and a half hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Super-intensive sessions: Length of study: two weeks. These are scheduled every two weeks all year long. In content they are similar to the four-week intensive sessions, but the pace is much faster. Five hours of class per day, resulting in 50 hours per course.

Private classes: Length of study variable. If you wish to take a course that follows a different pace from the standard courses available, you make take advantage of these individually tailored courses. Students may take private classes only, or as a supplement to regular courses, depending on their needs. Private classes may be programmed at any time and last as long as required. Each tutor will design an individual program that most fits the needs of the individual so as to help her or him acquire mastery of Spanish.

Conversation I and II, Writing I and II, Grammar I and II: Length of study: two weeks. These are scheduled every two weeks all year long (same schedule as super intensive sessions) all year long. Five hours per day from Monday through Friday.
